— Peer Mentorship Program

Matched with a mentor who stays.

One vetted mentor from your field. One cohort of peers. A relationship that belongs to you — not to the program calendar.

/ Three stages

How the program works

Step 1 — Apply and get matched

You complete a short intake form about your field, career stage, and what you're working toward. We match you with a mentor whose experience genuinely overlaps with yours — not an algorithm, a person making a considered choice.

Step 2 — Meet in cohort

Each cohort runs for six months. You meet your mentor one-on-one and gather with your cohort peers for group sessions — so you build both a close mentorship and a wider peer network at the same time.

Step 3 — The relationship is yours

When the cohort closes, the mentorship doesn't. The match belongs to you both. Many pairs continue meeting for years — and past cohort members stay connected through our alumni network.

• Who mentors

Professionals who remember the gap

Every mentor volunteered. They came because they had access to good guidance at a critical moment — or didn't, and know exactly what that costs.

Sandra M. — Healthcare Leadership

Priya K. — Tech and Product

Carmen R. — Nonprofit and Policy

Twenty years in hospital administration. Mentors women navigating clinical-to-leadership transitions who have no one in their corner yet.

Product lead at a Bay Area company. Mentors women entering product and engineering roles who need a peer in the room, not a course.

Former city program director, now a community advocate. Mentors women building careers in civic and nonprofit leadership across California.
